Where does my donation go?أين يذهب تبرّعي؟
Every fund is tagged and tracked separately — a Zakat gift is used only for Zakat, Sadaqah only for Sadaqah, and so on. 100% of your gift goes to the masjid; when you cover the processing fee, every cent of your donation arrives.
كل صندوق موسوم ومُتابَع منفصلاً — فتبرّع الزكاة يُصرف للزكاة فقط، والصدقة للصدقة، وهكذا. و100% من تبرّعك يذهب للمسجد؛ وعند تغطيتك لرسوم المعالجة يصل كل سنت من تبرّعك.
Is my donation tax-deductible?هل تبرّعي قابل للخصم الضريبي؟
Yes. Masjid Al-Saleh is an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit (EIN 39-5022556). Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law, and Stripe emails you a receipt for your records.

How is Zakat kept separate?كيف تُحفظ الزكاة منفصلة؟
Zakat is tagged at checkout and tracked apart from every other donation, then distributed according to Islamic guidelines. It is never used to cover general operating costs.

Can I give monthly?هل يمكنني التبرّع شهرياً؟
Yes. On the Sadaqah and General Fund pages you can switch between one-time and monthly giving with one tap. A monthly gift is Sadaqah Jariyah — ongoing charity — and you can cancel anytime.

Is my payment secure and private?هل الدفع آمن وخاص؟
Yes. Payments are processed securely by Stripe with card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We never see or store your card or banking details.
