Founded on the principles of peace, unity, and submission to the Creator, Masjid Al-Saleh serves the growing Muslim community in Oakland, California and the surrounding East Bay. We are one of the most welcoming mosques in Oakland, providing a warm environment for families, youth, and elders from all backgrounds — and our doors are open to visitors, travelers, students, and neighbors of every faith who want to learn about Islam.
تأسّس مسجد الصالح على مبادئ السلام والوحدة والخضوع للخالق، ويخدم المجتمع المسلم المتنامي في أوكلاند، كاليفورنيا ومنطقة الخليج الشرقية. نحن من أكثر مساجد أوكلاند ترحيباً، نوفّر بيئة دافئة للعائلات والشباب وكبار السن من كل الخلفيات — وأبوابنا مفتوحة للزوّار والمسافرين والطلاب وجيراننا من كل الأديان الراغبين في التعرّف على الإسلام.

The primary purpose of the Masjid is to establish and operate a place of worship for the Islamic faith in Oakland, California. The Masjid operates exclusively for religious and charitable purposes, providing a space for daily prayers, weekly sermons, and community religious education.
الغرض الأساسي للمسجد هو إقامة وإدارة مكان لعبادة الله وفق الدين الإسلامي في أوكلاند، كاليفورنيا. ويعمل المسجد حصرياً للأغراض الدينية والخيرية، موفّراً مكاناً للصلوات اليومية وخطبة الجمعة والتعليم الديني للمجتمع.
Our mission is to establish a vibrant Islamic center that serves the spiritual, educational, and social needs of our diverse congregation while fostering understanding and harmony with our neighbors of all faiths across the Bay Area.
رسالتنا هي إنشاء مركز إسلامي حيوي يخدم الاحتياجات الروحية والتعليمية والاجتماعية لمجتمعنا المتنوع، مع تعزيز التفاهم والوئام مع جيراننا من كل الأديان في منطقة الخليج.

Restoring a Home for the Communityنُحيي بيتاً للمجتمع حملة التجديد
Our congregation is restoring a historic neighborhood building at 1669 83rd Ave into a masjid and community center — an effort funded by donations from local families. The community has already renovated the wudu facilities and prayer spaces, and we are raising funds to complete a dedicated women's prayer hall, safe parking, and security improvements. يعمل مجتمعنا على إحياء مبنى تاريخي في 1669 83rd Ave ليصبح مسجداً ومركزاً للمجتمع — بجهدٍ تموّله تبرّعات العائلات المحلية. وقد جدّد المجتمع بالفعل مرافق الوضوء وقاعات الصلاة، ونجمع التبرّعات لإتمام مصلى النساء والمواقف الآمنة وتحسينات الأمن. تعرّف على حملة التجديد.
A registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Masjid Al-Saleh is an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization (EIN 39-5022556). Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law, and every fund — Zakat, Sadaqah, renovation, and general — is tracked separately and used exactly as intended.
منظمة غير ربحية مسجّلة 501(c)(3). مسجد الصالح منظمة غير ربحية معفاة من الضرائب ومعترف بها فيدرالياً (رقم التعريف الضريبي 39-5022556). التبرّعات قابلة للخصم الضريبي وفق ما يسمح به القانون، وكل صندوق — الزكاة والصدقة والتجديد والعام — يُتابَع منفصلاً ويُصرف تماماً كما قُصد.
